Where we ship: countries within the European Union.
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery time: 10–20 business days (typically ~2–3 weeks) after processing. Estimates may be affected by customs, carriers, or peak periods.
Shipping cost: flat €4.95 per order; FREE on orders over €49.
Tracking: a tracking number is provided by email where available.
Customs/import: orders may occasionally be subject to local import VAT or duties depending on destination; any such charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
