Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU). If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email kdevelopments.business@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Because our items ship from overseas, and for practical and hygiene reasons, we generally do NOT require you to ship the product back — in most cases we simply issue your refund. We may, at our discretion, ask you to return the item; if so we provide instructions and you cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the item.

Refunds. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days (your bank may take a few extra days).

Exceptions. We cannot refund items damaged through misuse after delivery, or requests made more than 14 days after delivery, except where required by law.
